GHX announces cooperation with aequitixx for delivery of digitised invoicesIn June GHX and aequitixx announced their cooperation for the delivery of digitised invoices for GHX customers. This collaboration set the stage for a completely electronic invoice verification. The paper invoices received from suppliers are scanned on the customer site and sent encrypted. Aequitixx digitalises all data necessary for the invoice verification and maps the data with the correspondent orders down until the line item level. The adjusted data is sent into the customers ERP system via the existing GHX interfaces. If the data matches the content of the correspondent delivery notes, the clinical staff can directly book. The manual effort is thus tremendously reduced. |
